Create a Folder on Google Drive labeled "Your Business Name - Bookkeeping Documents"
Upload a document listing out all the Business checking, savings, credit card and loan accounts with online access. List log in link, username, password and security questions.
Upload pdf statements for all business checking, savings, credit card and loan accounts for the entire year in which we are working.
Upload most recent tax return for the business (or personal return if filing a Schedule C)
Upload any legal paperwork such as LLC registration, partnership agreement, any papers showing tax ID numbers for IRS or state/local agencies
Upload an Excel sheet or list of all income/expenses that are business related but did not go through business accounts (for example…paid business expense with cash or personal checking)
Password protect the folder and share it with our team
Fill out the onboarding questionnaire
Apply for your QBO subscription
Apply for your free Intuit payments account
Grant our team accountant access to your QBO
